The silence and attentiveness of the fifth thru eighth grade students was very noticeable (I thought they may have fallen asleep, but was told they had not) as I shared my story and the “Miracle of the Eucharist,” during their Holy Thursday Retreat Day. I also suggested they go home and google, “Eucharistic Miracles” for more stories.
“I wish we would have videotaped your talk–so inspirational! You were AWESOME! You should consider going on an inspirational talk tour—you have a lot to give.”
Sincerely, Barb Knox “You are such a talented and gifted man who truly inspired our students!”
“I am hoping to lead you in a group floss, right after lunch!” I even showed them my little container of white string. John Hudec held an all day event at a local Holiday Inn for his employees. Guest speakers were invited to come and talk about dedication. Everyone I spoke to commented on what an uplifting day this was. It has also led to many new email friends and podcast listeners!
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been surrounded by this much testosterone,” is how I began my talk. The St. Basil’s mens’ group invited me and my former news man from radio days, ‘Infoman’ Jim McIntyre, to speak about our falling away from the church as well as what brought us back. What a great bunch of guys! They even fed us breakfast!
Thank you to all who weathered the storm to join us for the Lenten Presentation at St. Joseph Church in Strongsville. We enjoyed meeting all of you. It is our hope that you’ve been inspired to continue your walk with Jesus, forgive one another and share His love.
I have taken two of our most powerful miracle moments and put them on YouTube. They are incredibly emotional and exciting! Ann Henning, who was deformed by a freakish accident, and walked bent over at a 90° angle, is highlighted along with Lorene Riley. Lorene, a nurse, was given three months to live because her breastbone was collapsing inward and crushing her heart and lungs. These two women received instantaneous gifts from heaven. Please watch and let me know what you think.
